Join us for a nurturing half-day women’s retreat in Surrey, created to help you pause, breathe, and come back to yourself. This intimate women’s circle is designed to support nervous system reset, emotional regulation, inner healing, and deep reconnection in a safe and welcoming space.

In the business of everyday life, many women carry stress, overwhelm, and emotional load within the body. This retreat offers a gentle opportunity to slow down, regulate the nervous system, restore inner balance, and reconnect with your natural sense of calm, clarity, and wellbeing.

Held in a small group setting, this is a beautiful space to be supported, nourished, and held exactly as you are. There is no pressure to share — you are welcome to participate in the way that feels right for you.

Rainbow Reiki workshops for kids

Designed especially for children aged 6–11, this small-group workshop (max 6 children) helps your little soul tap into their inner power and emotional wellbeing through Reiki, meditation, nature connection, and playful exploration.

Held in the heart of the stunning Surrey Hills at the Surreys Learning and Counselling Centre, this is a safe and nurturing space where your child can grow, connect, and shine.
