Their nervous systems can easily become overwhelmed, and as a result, energy may become blocked or unbalanced. This can show up as anxiety, difficulty sleeping, or challenges around school. Reiki offers a gentle and supportive way to help calm their system, allowing them to feel more settled, balanced, and at ease.

With children, sessions are guided by play, imagination, and curiosity, creating a space where they feel relaxed and free to be themselves. We may explore breathing and grounding through gentle, enjoyable activities, helping them reconnect with a sense of calm. Reiki flows quietly in the background, supporting them without expectation or pressure. For older children, a full session in the Reiki room is always an option. I take time to discuss each child’s needs at the enquiry stage, so every session feels supportive, safe, and right for them.
