This gentle monthly gathering has been created for anyone seeking a moment of calm, connection and restoration. Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, grief, overwhelm, sleep difficulties, life transitions, or simply feeling the need to slow down, you are warmly welcome here.

Each session includes a guided meditation, Reiki healing, mindful reflection and an opportunity to connect with others in a supportive and nurturing space. Together, we create room to breathe, release what no longer serves us, and return to ourselves.

Inspired by both Reiki principles and ancient wisdom traditions, each month explores a different theme to support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation and inner peace.

No previous experience with meditation or Reiki is needed—just come as you are.
