About the event
Created by leading cancer counsellor Claire Francis, this special event has been thoughtfully designed to provide a safe and nurturing space where you can pause, breathe and simply be. Whether you are navigating a diagnosis, undergoing treatment, supporting someone you love, or adjusting to life beyond cancer, you are warmly welcome.
Throughout the morning, you'll be guided through a series of restorative experiences designed to calm the nervous system, ease the mind and reconnect you with your inner strength. Enjoy gentle Yoga with Biba, a deeply relaxing Meditation and Reiki session with Meg, immersive Sound Healing with Lin, and compassionate guidance from Claire Francis, who will share her wealth of experience supporting people affected by cancer.
