Mama & Me Calm Circle

Mama & Me Calm Circle is a peaceful weekly space where you and your baby can simply slow down, breathe and reconnect. In collaboration with Surrey Hills Snug this circle is designed for mums with pre-walking babies. Each session combines gentle mindfulness, calming sensory experiences, guided relaxation, breathwork and baby-safe activities to help regulate both your nervous systems. In a world that often asks mothers to keep doing more, this is your invitation to pause, feel supported and find calm alongside other local mums. You'll leave each week with practical techniques you can use at home, feeling more connected to yourself, your baby and a nurturing community.
